  • When can I schedule an appointment?

    Once you make an order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you within 24 hours to set up an appointment. This is usually within and hour, and our deliveries are usually available to be carried out within 24 hours.

    Appointments are subject to availability, so it is recommended to make orders in advance to get a confirmed time. This is if you prefer an exact timeframe. That said, we can usually make things happen within 24 hours.

  • You sure can! Please be advised there will be a charge of $28 for changes or cancellations made without at least 2 hours' advance notice. If you have any trouble, please contact us.

  • We will wait for you at your location for 25 minutes - just enough to watch an episode of Friends. After that, you will have to schedule a new time. A rescheduling fee of $28 will apply.
